Hot 100’s the normal song debuting on the radio?
Yes, the Hot 100 is the song’s normal debut on radio stations. While reaching # 46 on the Dance Chart is incredible, Devil Inside and Come Back to Me have reached higher on this chart. The real key is to get her within the top 40 on the Hot 100.
At least it made the top 50, even on this chart..to me,for DD, this was totally unexpected!!! its as good as it can get so far, and i’m hoping it goes higher. But it would also be a miracle if it made it w/i the top 40 on the Hot 100.
It is very possible for DD to crossover into the Top 40 on the Hot 100. But it will take DD to crack into the Top 10 of the dance charts and alot of us requesting DD on the radio.

yeah.. i just realized that there is no buzz at all for a video of DD.. but congrats HIKKI! i’ll go to a radio station this week to get my free Ne-yo concert ticket that i just won on a radio contest! i will tell them about Utada having a collab with Ne-yo in Do You and hopefully be able to convince them to play it. After that, my plan is convince them to finally play CBTM. It was never released here in the Philippines. That radio station is playing JoJo’s leaked song Fly Away so what are the odds of playing of an unrealesed song on the radio. Please pray for me to be successful in doing all of these things in pursuit to make Utada be big here in the Philippines, again..

It’s been a long time since she’s given us a really epic video though. We haven’t had anything like Keep Tryin’ or Final Distance in years. Ugh remember Heart Station? That was so boring XD. Better than the cartoon montages for Beautiful World/Kiss & Cry, though, I guess…
I’m sure there won’t be a DD video, the tour starts in, what, a week and a half? And by the time it’s over it probably won’t be charting anymore.

The Heart Station PV bores me to death, but I love the Prisoner of Love PV.
i actually love the PV’s for HS and PoL mainly because of their simplicity. in Prisoner of Love, i just love seeing hikki doing push ups and going through a writer’s block. In Heart Station, those big white headphones on her just amuse me…she just looks so cute and pretty in both! And now i’m trying to imagine how a DD pv would look like if she were to surprisingly bring one out, but it’s hard; i just can’t picture a PV for that song…oh well, tough luck.
iTunes VERY recently (I think this week) put up the Prisoner of Love and Keep Tryin’ EPs. Does anyone know if there’s any way to request iTunes put something up? Because I’m hoping they’ll put up some of her earlier albums; I still don’t have a lot of those older songs.
