they all sound alike but i like the 3rd one

  2. I like the cover. That picture is from one of her magazine photo shoots for Heart Station though, am I right? LOL

In any case, the remixes sound kinda hot.

  3. Wonderbout2000 says:

^No the picture is a This Is The One promo pic. It came out around february or march of this year. Anyway the remixes sound pretty good, and I wonder if she is going to get any raido play or even do a music video for Dirty Desire.

  4. Thump says:

DO NOT WANT. The original is perfect.

  5. VANITY says:

Oh dear, that cover makes me cringe. That type, the colour, ugh.

  6. darkesaint says:

They mention a Mike Rizzo mix in the remix descriptions, yet there’s only two Razor mixes and the Digital Dog’s mix. Are they holding out on Rizzo’s mix for some reason? The Razor Club mix sounds pretty good either way.

I don’t like remixes (not these specifically but in general I just don’t like remixes), but I’m happy to see Dirty Desire will be getting some publicity (and right before the tour – who called it?? Okay, we all did.) I think this cover is a lot better than TITO’s was, but I’m sure everyone will be on here complaining about it as usual. I for one am so excited! See you in NYC Hikki!!!

  8. diegwa says:

Even if the remixes aren’t that great it’s still good to see something new, I’m still holding out for a new Japanese single though. But I love the cover, and it is better than TITO. Can’t wait to hear the remixes though, hopefully they’ll be better than the samples.

  9. Fannboyie says:

i love the cover art =D

  10. itaikoon says:

the cover obviously is not mind-blowing or ‘off the hook’ but its still “PRETTY-simple”. i think we all are aware by now that Utada is known for being in/and having pretty-simple cover shoots & album covers. she never goes over the top(like some particular artists/musicians) in physically exposing her body or face (i.e. make-up) to sell her music. For her,the simpler the better-and to me, that’s how i like it.
but anyways, even though the original song actually isn’t on the top of my list, if i were to put a remix of dirty desire on my ipod–it would be the Razor n Guido club mix.

  11. barried says:

    The red font.. sexy.. XD

  12. Like most of you have already said; YES, we speculated that this would be the next promo move for TITO, and YES, its just amazing to here from her camp of activities again given the lack of blog updates and news of “Show Me Love’s” future release. I personally love the pics she shot for TITO promotion but I think i would’ve liked the one on this link a lot better than the actualize one, given it was the exact same as the CBTM single art. Lets still keep hoping this won’t be the last [original] single release from TITO, or the only international tour dates she does next year!

  13. firething says:

Oh yeah, that cover totally screams “Dirty Desire!”

  14. colors says:

Anyone know how can be the member of the site?
I wanna DL the full version…
Is that site for promotion (DJs or Radio stations or organisation) only?

  15. itsjustwhatever92 says:

The cover wasn’t all that at all, I was hoping for something sexy as the song. FAIL, I’d rather listen to the original version right about now.

  16. Questionsmakemeblue says:

I never go crazy about remixes, but im glad their promoting her music again :D

Im glad they used this cover too, I was hoping they would use that picture for something.

  17. naritai says:

The album version is the best. Wanna to see the MV :)

  18. FinalThrottle says:

Just saw a commercial of Dell advertising their laptop on Nickelodeon, they were using a bit from Utada’s “WINGS”.

  19. Alex0821 says:

FinalThrottel: what country do you live in? Just wondering if it was an American commercial, or…

  20. InnerRise says:

    FinalThrottle:

Oh wow. Really? That’s not the first time they’ve used a clip of that song in a commercial. Over a year or 2 ago they had it in a Sears Commercial for some washing machine or something. Ha. Just the part at the end where there is no singing, but just that weird sound over and over. I’ve heard she sampled that piece in her song and I also heard it’s all hers so I don’t know.

  21. diegwa says:

I saw the same thing too about WINGS in a CM. They just use the final part where she’s ad-libbing in like the last minute or so, it’s pretty nice. And i’m pretty sure I’ve seen it in a whirlpool dryer cm too.And it was in the US. I’m glad I’m not the only person that notices this xD

  22. Xcapist says:

hey they used wings for best buy last time too! was it the ending part “eh ah ah”?

  23. Wonderbout2000 says:

To anyone who heard the full Dirty Desire Razo n Guido mix. Umm who the hell is that girl talking and moaning during the song! That can’t be Utada

  24. Sheun says:

Well yeah, i’ve just listened to her Razo N’ Guido remix.
Unfortunately the whole track seems like kinda official, so i guess that woman moaning (at about 4:50) is for real.

I find it disturbing too. I hope they’ll have a Radio Edit or something without that part, so i can listen to the remix loud in public transportation without people thinking i’m a dirty pervert, if my headphones leak out some sound (…)

  25. InnerRise says:

We would have never gotten such a disgraceful piece of work if Utada would just stay her hind points over in Japan.

  26. itaikoon says:

well i guess listening to the sample was a pointless way to say that i liked the Razor N’ Guido remix. i listened to the 8 minute thing on youtube, and it made me cringe a bit. if they don’t do a radio edit, then i think i’ll just do one for myself..blah, it was just plain odd.

  27. Bernardo says:

tell me this cover ain’t true!!! they’ve recycled the promotional shoots from tito? ¬¬ at least the remixes are fine. let’s hope for #1 on hot dance airplay again.

  28. itaikoon says:

so just to bring it up, is it official that there will be a future MV for dirty desire since there are remixes?

  29. Alex0821 says:

I don’t like the girl orgasming all over the place either, but I think the rest of it is pretty good. I was hoping there would be some remixes that weren’t 8 minutes… Are these going to be available on iTunes?
And I haven’t heard anything remotely official about a Dirty Desire MV, so I think that was just us.

  30. itaikoon says:

well apparently it shows on Amazon that there will be a Razor N’ Guido radio edit for dirty desire (Track #3). it went down from the original 8 minutes and sumthin seconds to around four minutes. I’m a bit satisfied now, because it might not have those weird orgasm sounds and voices. Yet still, i have to hear the whole thing to actually know.

  31. Alex0821 says:

The radio edit doesn’t have the orgasm noises, but it DOES have that woman talking over the music. It’s really stupid, I don’t understand where they come off putting some random woman into a song. This is why I don’t like remixes, they don’t respect the original intent or feel of the song. Isn’t one of the remixers DJing the concerts? If he throws in anything weird, I swear to god…
