She said she would like a WORLD Tour before she retires. If she was here in Australia, I would definitely pay whatever price to go see it.
She wants to retire at 28! She needs to though, she gave up her childhood writing music for us to enjoy.

He says that her boozing and smoking has ruined her voice, and that she has shelved ‘This is the one’ because she didn’t want to embarrass herself. He doesn’t believe a word he says about her being sick, and his evidence is body language (?!) during the Hawaii interview. Gah. I would never think Utada would do such a thing, but who am I to judge that? And more to the point, who is Ghostdog to state that? I think we are over-reacting to what may be just a simple explanation. Gah. :S

I believe that she’s been sick. She has always been having sickness with her tonsils and especially she always gets a cold.
U know, I know Ghostdog is just a little on edge and upset that Utada’s blog and promotional activities for TITO have abruptly ended with little explanation or reasoning, but I’m sorry, if he was a real fan of Utada’s and such an admirer of her as he’s claimed to be, he wouldn’t be dogging and gossiping about her this brutally. This is someone he doesn’t even know personally and he’s THIS upset behind whatever she doesn’t do that contradicts his intentions for her. I mean, I’m concerned and taken a back as anyone else here,@ Utada.net, or elsewhere regarding this, but really, there’s this thing called REALITY and EVERYDAY LIFE that has an overwhelming enough bearing compared to trivial issues like these; Just learn to be patient with this downtime! She needs the break, well-deserved it after all her 10th anniversary proceedings in 2008, and its not like she’s dead or retired from this music thing yet. All this blowing up over Utada and what she’s been up to hasn’t obviously made her come back any faster; she seems to be relaxing and effortlessly enjoying herself completely since May 12th, just like we just should go ahead and do!
Well Ghostdog has always been our resident conspiracy theorist here. But only he’s allowed. If he catches you god help you because then you’re over reacting and aren’t a real fan and he’ll rebuke you in the name of the lord. Yeah. He’s a hypocrite but usually people don’t pay him any attention. Why start now? At least he’s acting a fool over at Utada.net and not over here.

I agree with kinghikari009 & InnerRise. We should totally think of our lifes right now, Utada is just taking a well deserved break. She gave us a MEGA album called HEART STATION, and then this heavenly R&B album, This Is The One. Come on, she freaking deserves it. And about the cigarette, I don’t care. She still enjoys me with her music & her funny interviews with everybody and everyone.

Anyway, for that reason, I don’t have the link, but on the Japanese wiki for ‘This Is The one’, if you look on google translate, MCML-FYI is stated as the second single, but there isn’t a release date… Hm…curious.

maybe ghostdog has some anger issues he needs to deal with in terms of utada…he has the right to get upset, but not on a fansite that most people go to;thats just inconsiderate. but whatever, what he says is his problem, i would just ignore him. his comments shouldn’t change the way fans view utada.what if he’s starting an internet riot of fans against Utada so they will start HATIN’ on her as well? i dunno for sure..i highly doubt it(please dont hate me). lol this is soo pathetic and pointless its funny…but im livin my life on and on…just remember that patience is a serious virtue some people need to grasp.

She settled down with the rights for Simple and Clean and Sanctuary to be on This Is The One. Maybe that means they have come to an agreement.

@ Hiroto – to be accurate, that video is the secret ending for KH2, and by no means a trailer to the next installment in the series. KH3 has not been announced yet, so it’s unsure whether it is in development at all or not.
However, if KH3 is announced, I would prefer Hikki to continue providing theme songs for the series, so I hope Disney/Squenix raises their offer a little more.

Yes but, Kingdom Hearts has garnered a lot of fans for Utada. So it’s only relevant that we talk about Kingdom Hearts here also. But to see people keep spreading the same rumor, Birth by Sleep is KH3! ZOMGZ! it gets annoying for a while.
@FiresEmblem the new message is about how people will frequently email her and say they saw her somewhere and she’ll be all “What? I wasn’t there!” But she never got the chance to run into a famous person. So she talks about running into someone famous (musshu kamayatsu – I have no idea who this is) and talks about how he was there when she did her first live, but she couldn’t bring herself to say anything.
