Utada has updated her official blog with 2 new English messages. She reveals that she performed 3 songs for the Ryan Seacrest Show (”Come Back To Me,” “Merry Christmas Mr. Lawrence – FYI,” and “Me Muero”), and that she will be appearing on the KTLA Morning News show tomorrow. Those in LA make sure you don’t forget.

OMG, i really want to hear ME MUERO, the song is banging and i can see why she likes it so muuuuch, it has such a good vibe. I’m currently listening to THIS IS THE ONE, fresh from itunes ^_^ hahaha, i love it. I HAD BEEN WAITING FOR SUCH A LONG TIME. IT WAS ALL WORTH IT. I love the album! i bought the Come Back To Me video (AGAAAAIN) and this one is a higher bit rate and higher quality, sweeeeet!!! I ACTUALLY LIKE THE NEW ORDER BETTER, i always found come back to me weird after Poppin’. I love it love it and love it ^_^

So this is why she/they changed the first three tracks of the US version. It’s the ones they’re going to use to promote her.

I haven’t witnessed the performance yet, but I’m sure she did fine since she looked so dressed to impress-lol! I’m really hoping, since she apparently has a bias for these 3 songs off the album, that she’ll pick MCML-F.Y.I as the 2nd single/video choice because it has a lot of pop/mainstream crossover appeal like CBTM; Me Muero a really good song too but it may be too much of an ‘alienatingly unique’ standout to the casual listener (if that’s a word)…
