According to several Japanese radio sites, Utada’s “Eternally -Drama Mix-” is already airing on several stations in its entirety. There is still no official word, only that full track downloads begin in a little over a week, on the 31st of October.

Utada’s latest drama theme song, “Eternally -Drama Mix-,” debuts today at #1 atop Recochoku’s Chaku-Uta charts. The track went on sale yesterday, and already the song comes in at #1 on the Chaku-Uta, RBT, and Total Composite Rankings. Full track downloads (PC and Chaku-Uta Full) begin on October 31st.

The first episode of “Innocent Love” aired last night in Japan (with a 16.9% viewership ranking), bringing with it some new insight into Utada’s “Eternally -Drama Mix-.” The opening featured the first verse and chorus, and can be viewed here. Utada’s Japanese website has been updated with a sample clip of “Eternally -Drama Mix-” to coincide with the Chaku-Uta release of the digital-only track. The first episode of “Innocent Love” airs tonight in Japan. Full track downloads begin on October 31st.

The entry regarding the upcoming “Innocent Love” theme song, “Eternally -Drama Mix-,” has been updated on Utada’s official website, announcing that Chaku-Uta Full and PC downloads will begin on October 31st. Shorter Chaku-Uta clips will be available beginning on October 20th, the same day as the first episode of the new Japanese drama.

Japan’s Music Station aired a special program last night, featuring a coundtown of the top love songs requested by viewers. 4 of Utada’s singles made it onto the countdown:
